I’m having trouble playing the games. Every time I go to play a game and the yellow window pops up I get a window that pops up. “Select for Adobe Flash” click on that and you get, “Adobe Flash content was blocked Do you want Adobe Flash to run on this site Allow once.” When you click on that, the window disappears. When you play the game you lose the time on the game. On scrambled word I solved it right away and got an 800 when I should have gotten at least a 1050. I don’t have this window popping up on any other game I play on the internet. Any suggestions?

I've had that issue, too -- I only play the main game these days, but I first play an archived puzzle for practice, after allowing the Adobe deal, and then play the competition game -- that way I don't lose those points.

I tried that and it still seemed to take points off. It's a real pain to have those 2 windows show up on each puzzle. I don't have them showing up on any other game I play. It takes all the fun out of playing Quote Puzzler.

There will be (soon) a post in the Announcements section of the site which addresses this issue in more detail. Currently the best solution to this is to use a browser (like Google Chrome) which only does the flash-warning once per session. This will allow you to start your day by doing an archive puzzle (which won't count for scores), and then play the rest of the games without interruption.

Watch the announcements section of the forum for more details within the next week or two.

Thank you for your patience with this issue, and your ongoing support of the site - it is greatly appreciated!

That explains my case -- I use Chrome!

Thank you so much for keeping the site going -- even though I don't play nearly as much as I used to, I still really enjoy it! (and Ant Words on the newer version of the site)
