Due to a pretty bad glitch on the part of the hosting company, data (plus the backup of that data) was lost for the last 3 months (since October 10th).
This means that if you earned bonus days since then, those have been lost. To make up for that, each subscriber will be awarded an extra month's subscription.
In addition, anyone who re-upped their subscription since Oct 10th, that subscription is no longer in place. Over the next 48 hours I'll be tracking that data down and updating those subscriptions.
You should expect that within the next 2 days all subscriptions and bonus time will be incorporated into your account.
While you wait, here is (once again) the announcement I posted the day before the data loss:
We are in the process of rebuilding the site in a way that does not rely on Flash. Unfortunately, this process has gone more slowly than we hoped, and the new site is not ready. Our hope is to have it ready by the end of 2021. In the meantime, here are your options:
1. You can request a refund of time remaining in your subscription. You have until the end of February to make this request. Your payment was made through PayPal, and your refund will be made the same way. The refund will be prorated based on $9.95 for a year. If you would like a refund, contact me directly using the contact page on the site. If you want help figuring out how big your refund would be, figure out how many days it is from Jan 1, 2021 until your expiration date, divide that by 365, and then multiply it by 9.95. For example, if your subscription expires on July 1, 2021, that's 182 days. 182/365 x 9.95 = $4.96.
2. If you choose NOT to request a refund, you will be given bonus time in your subscription when the new version is ready. Here's how that bonus time works. Take the number of days from January 1st, 2020 (yes, that's right, the beginning of LAST year) until your expiration date, and then double it. So, for example, if your subscription expires on July 1st, 2021, that is a total of 548 days from January 1st, 2020, which means when the new site goes live, your subscription would extend to 2 x 548 = 1096 days past the date when the new site goes live.
Option number 2 is extremely generous, and it is our way of saying thank you for sticking with us through thick-and-thin. For some of you, it will be YEARS before you have to pay a subscription again.

Also, there is an old experimental version of the site which doesn't use flash, which can be accessed through your "My Page" - look for the beta 3.0 link on that page.
The actual version we're working on is better than that version, and has some ADDITIONAL games, but that old beta version should tide you over until we're ready to unveil the newer version. The beta 3.0 link should be functional for anyone whose subscription was valid as of Jan 1st, 2020, so even when your subscription runs out, you'll still be able to access this version. Hi.
